How to Submit a Request

• The email address or phone number you used with Domaniqo
• The company, property, booking, or tenant you are associated with (if relevant)
• The communication channel involved (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS, email, or LINE)
• A short description of what data you would like deleted

Important Safety Warning

For your safety, please do not send passwords, OTP codes, API keys, access tokens, or other secret credentials in your deletion request.

Identity Verification

Before processing a deletion request, we may need to verify your identity and confirm that you are authorized to request deletion of the relevant data.

Scope and Retention Exceptions

Where applicable, Domaniqo will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
